I must say congratulation to an excellent moderating job of Noren's father for making good contribution to the discussion on importance of research in Cambodia development in the time of economic downturn.

Noren's father is a very quiet and speakless person in the house, but he is a good speaker during national symposium, which somehow amazed me to hear him speaking. However, with his speakless attitude, he has been trying his best to be a good father and husband. I very much appreciate that though sometimes i feel i have been ignored by him most of the time during weekend.
