I attended two-day workshop hosted by ICCO for its partners and potential partners. ICCO presented its revise program and procedure of fund release. In its new strategic plan (2011-2015) ICCO will phase out its health program and shift it focus on Natural Resource Management (NRM) and Rule of Law (specifically on human right). these are new changes that will affect on its existing partners and how to make those changes beneficial to community or Cambodia as a whole.
